CITY COUNCIL ELECTIONS
City Councils are considered non-partisan.
Cedar Park City Council
The population of Cedar Park in 2021 was 78,693 people. There are about 31,883 voters (this does not include the Travis voters).
- The City Council is made up of seven elected members: a mayor and six council members.
- All seven members are elected at large, serving two-year terms.
- The mayor and council members place 2, place 4, and place 6 are elected on even years.
- Council members place 1, place 3, and place 5 are elected on odd years.
The next election will be May of 2026.
There will not be an special municipal elections for Cedar Park in November 2025.

Georgetown City Council
Three Commission Area Two precincts have Georgetown addresses, but they are in the ETJ (not within
city limits) so they cannot vote in the City of Georgetown City Council elections.

Florence ETJ
The city of Florence is not in CA2, but parts of Florence ETJ are in CA2 Precinct 207. Florence had 1201 people in 2021.
As of March 2024, there are 91 voters in Precinct 207. The next election is May 3.
